Supporting the go-to-market of Xwork

A few months ago we introduced our cooperation with Xwork, a new way for companies to facilitate their employees to work in various coworking spaces, complementary to their offices. After 5 months of diligent work, Xwork was able to launch a proof of concept phase with 10 of Belgium's largest companies (Orange, NMBS-SNCB, ISS A/S, ...) and test out the integrations and communication workflow with OfficeRnD & Zapfloor.

The results?

✅ 500+ bookings made by 141 active users

✅ 98% of users indicated that the Xwork platform was intuitive and easy to use

✅ 88% of users would recommend Xwork to their colleagues

✅ 88% would recommend Xwork

Together with Panenco, Xwork will now be turning these statistics into actionable next steps concerning the product roadmap and functional definition, starting with more workspace management system integrations (more coworkings!) and additional functionalities for employees to work together with their colleagues.
