About our traineeship: growth marketer

Growth marketers are an essential part of our product scaling efforts and we want to provide young talents a platform to become the growth marketers of the future. You will be supported with a trajectory tailor-made to convert your academic knowledge into domain expertise. You will learn to adopt a product mindset, keeping an end-user focus and work in a team of experienced growth marketers and marketing designers. This program is designed to support you in your journey towards becoming a growth marketing expert.

What you'll be doing

In our growth marketing efforts, we focus on two key areas

1) Growth marketing

• You'll be setting up sustainable growth mechanisms that touch on the entire user experience from user attraction and conversion to retention
• You design onboarding experiences
• You initiate digital marketing campaigns
• You automate communications cross-channel
  

2) Growth metrics

• You measure all user touchpoints throughout the funnel using Google analytics, GTM and Intercom.
• You monitor all other metrics linked to the marketing and sales efforts
