Johnson & Johnson set out to transform how patients experience obesity awareness campaigns in hospital settings. Panenco built an AI-powered interactive wall that combines real-time motion detection, touch sensors, and personalized educational content in under 30 seconds.
J&J needed an obesity-awareness campaign experience that could reduce stigma, correct misperceptions, and engage patients meaningfully in a clinical setting. Traditional posters and passive screens were not enough to create personal connection at scale.
We built a standalone, AI-powered interactive wall installation that detects passersby, maps projected visuals to body movement, and reveals targeted educational content when touch sensors are activated. The full interaction is modular, automatic, and designed to complete quickly.
The project focused on five priorities: maximize daily interactions, educate in under 30 seconds, use budget efficiently, keep setup location-adaptive, and ensure future campaign reusability. We delivered full-stack software, AI body mapping, content design, hardware specification, and installation.
