Van Moer Logistics, a Belgian provider of transport, warehousing, and tailored supply chain solutions, partnered with Panenco to modernize how logistics documents are handled. The goal was to move from manual, error-prone processing toward intelligent, automated document flows that improve speed, accuracy, and operational visibility across their logistics activities.

Van Moer Logistics needed to process large volumes of diverse logistics documents while reducing manual work, minimizing costly errors, and improving operational responsiveness. Manual handling limited speed, accuracy, and agility.
Solution
An AI-driven document processing system that automatically categorizes, processes, and manages logistics documents. The solution combines computer vision, Vision LLMs, and an agentic RAG system to enable accurate document handling and smart alerting.
