Marketing & communications

For the past 8 years, we've been working hard to build a purposeful product portfolio with a motivated team of software engineers, designers and product managers.

We want to demonstrate our work more systematically to the outside world. Therefore we're looking for an experienced marketeer who wants to go all-in on our 2 fundamental axes:

• Panenco company communication (internal / external)
• Growth marketing across our product portfolio

... without boundaries and with a great deal of empathy towards all audiences

Company communication:

• Our story: our organic, sustainable growth trajectory and overall philosophy and methodology
• Products: the growth, milestones and impact of our scaling and purposeful product portfolio
• People: showcasing the craftsmanship and passions of our team
• Partnerships: we’re a trusted partner to many people and companies

Growth marketing:

• OKR: setting out quarterly user growth objectives with the product managers
• Campaigns: together with our designers you'll turn storylines into creative materials
• Advertising: making sure our messaging is reaching the right audiences and converting into signups
• Content marketing: creating or gathering the right content for various channels

Your activity set on a day-to-day basis:

• You join in defining product and company OKRs
• You turn those OKRs into quarterly activity sets with correct prioritisation
• You take part in product (roadmap) meetings to distill product stories worth telling
• You broadcast all messaging through various channels (online / offline)
• You align with our designers on visual formats and guard our overall look and feel
• You manage our company website, PR, social media and unlock new media

Your ideal background:

• You have at least 3 years of prior experience in a marketing, communications or PR role
• You're entrepreneurial at heart, eager to create and release rather than report
• You’re an enthusiastic storyteller with a natural feel for compelling content creation
• Prior affinity with technology is considered a plus but not a requirement
• You have excellent written and verbal skills in English and Dutch

Locations

We're flexible with regards to remote work, but we do expect you to be at one of our offices at least 1 day per week for team cohesion.
