Business Developer / GTM

You drive revenue growth and market expansion for our SaaS portfolio companies. You bridge the gap between product capabilities and market opportunities.

About the role:

GTM at Panenco drives revenue growth and market expansion for our Panenco SaaS ventures. You bridge the gap between product capabilities and market opportunities, orchestrating go-to-market strategies that deliver sustainable business results.

The essential dimensions you will work on:

  • Define sales objectives and clear revenue roadmaps for our ventures
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for new SaaS products and features
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects across the sales funnel
  • Test, validate and iterate sales processes towards optimal conversion rates

About yourself:

  • You have a master's degree
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales or business development (preferably SaaS)
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment where things move fast
  • You're extremely hands-on while safeguarding a strategic vision

What you'll do on a day-to-day basis:

  • Work on sales strategies and go-to-market roadmaps for portfolio companies
  • Build and manage sales pipelines while prioritising prospects
  • Shape communication campaigns to engage target customer segments
  • Keep oversight over sales processes and communicate with all stakeholders

Locations:

We're flexible with regards to remote work, but we do expect you to be at one of our offices at least 2 days per week for team cohesion.

The interview process:

The interview process is short (but thorough) and will consist of 4 steps:

  • Intro conversation (videocall): 20min conversation to validate your fit with the position
  • Case interview (on-site): you will receive a case and will be asked to prepare your sales plan / pitch from end to end
  • Feedback (written/videocall): you will receive feedback about the on-site interview
  • Contractual alignment (videocall): our operations manager will walk you through our compensation package
